Luckily for me I have had the privilige (if you call nearly dying whilst training legs that) to train legs with Neil Hill in his notorious hardcore gym, the Dungeon!
I didnt complete the workout though, the intensity was unhuman and I hadnt felt so much pain and sickness in all my life combined.
But since then I have improved on this and now LOVE this leg training, it brings new dimensions to leg development.
How many of you feel really sick when training legs? Lets hear about your leg training. I will post the workout we did on here soon.

Your a very lucky chap or unlucky depending which way you look at training legs with Neil Hill. His leg workouts are legendary and i have read one leg session at his gym led for Zack Khan to work with Neil on achieving his British UKBFF title, he had one hardcore leg session with Neil and knew that he was in good hands as well as being totally sick afterwards! Look forward to the post so that i too can feel the pain !!!!! hahaha .

Ye hes an absolute legend, the best of the best no doubt! I wouldnt wish those leg workouts on my worst enemy . Really though, after maybe just two of those sessions the difference in seperation is insane throughout your quads. The Zack Khan DVD is out and you NEED it, there is a leg workout in Neil's dungeon gym on there with Zack! I felt nervous watching it because those were the exact machines which dealt all that pain to me and made me REAL ILL lol! Bugz

Here is the hellish leg workout Neil Hill, Kris Gethin and Marika Johansson put me through along with themselves! 3 warm up sets on with leg extensions for 15 reps 3 working sets on leg extensions failing at 15 reps, then stopping for 3 seconds, then 3 more reps all the way upto 35 reps! One/two minute break between sets 3 warm up sets for 15 reps of leg press (by now Im dying doing these so called 'warm up sets') 3 working sets failing at 20 reps, then stop start all the way to 35. I got to the first working set then went and found a comfy place on the wet cold steps leading down to the Dungeon, I was out for the count!!! On the leg press, getting to 20 required me to literally shout as loud as I possibly could, then I though it was over then Neil said right 15 more man alive thats one of those times you ask 'why do I do this to myslef' . Then Kris reminded me, its because we love it I will look to film some workouts down in the dungeon for all our KagedMuscle fans soon and add them to our youtube account which will all be linked to this site for easy access. Hi Bugz, we tried the Neil Hill leg work out last week, the only difference being we also included hack squats 3 sets 15reps then rest 3seconds complete another 3reps up to 35 reps to finish with!!! I'm interested to know how the amount of weight you used changed, I found that I used between 50 and 60% of my normal weight, so for example leg press I normally use 15plates a side for 10, for this I used 8plates a side. Does this sound about right or should I be using heavier weight? This was my first attempt at this type of work out and b***** did I struggle, I didn't complete the last set of hack squat, as the pain was too great and maybe I wasn't fit enough too!!!! However, my training partner blow me away, and smashed her way through the entire work out......now she has the ability not to feel pain while training and this really p***** me off, cos she's like a machine and I'm pathetic in comparison lol

SWEET!!!!! Im determined to get this leg workout world renowned by the time I have finised, Neil Hill is a genius and his leg training is SICK!!!! It also makes you sick lol but if you can push on through you get staggering results in my experience. Ye the weight sounds about right. What I do is pick a weight where I FAIL at around 15 so is still pretty heavy mate. However what you find is as you get pumped you can lift bugger all lol . This is the genius of it, you dont use a load of weight yet your muscles are absolutely broken to pieces and sometimes it can take 2 weeks for my legs to recover and thats with an awesome diet and supplement plan in place!!!! Good on you Treefrog, now its everybody elses turn! Bugz

Tell you what Ad, I'll come over Haverfordwest this week (got week off) and do that session with you as I find in the sports centre style gym I can leg press and squat all the weight all day long! Sounds pretty intense but awesome

Woah! This reminds me of my first day at gym, I don’t know why I went to that gym but I was very happy with my workout gear that I bought for it. I had a major leg pain after my first day at the gym, but now it is going quite well with this other gym.
