Great to have you on Mezza . For sure there are loads of different pre-workout supplements. Personally I use CNP Pro-GF although I must confess the best I ever used was Dorian Yates Ultimate Formulas. The slight issue with that was though you felt as if you were about to have a heart attack approximately an hour after training!!! Therefore half a serving is recomended for that supplement. Pro-GF delivers great energy and a great pump without the usual 'down' which many Nitric Oxide supplements cause. Lets hear some more. Bugz,

Pre Workouts are a mixed bag for sure, Xplode i find unbearable, after trying pretty much all of them then i would have to say that the PhD V max pump is about the best especially for vascularity and pumps, try 3 scoops though one is a little weak if you are larger, for a good solid workout with focus Milennium sport tech ragnarok is great Blue raz is anice flavour to boot however i have sampled a new product that is released in the next 6 weeks and the performance was out of this world!!!!"

Haha Bugz im going to have to keep these new products under wraps in future, yes i sampled Stampede and it delivered some real strength gains, my AM workout saw a PB in dumbell shoulder press 55KG for 4 Reps and the previous day i had 260 kg deadlift. The Beta alanine is imported to the USA on request as its much stronger than the mass Beta used in other USA formula's.
