FST-7 certainly has its many benefits and is very effective. I have used it and I do indeed like the feel afterwards. HOWEVER, it is not even a patch on Yoda 3 Training, devised by WORLD CLASS trainer and nutritionist and IFBB Pro Neil Hill. Words cannot describe the pain from this! Yet, as I have said before YT3 makes you feel like you have trained like a pro should, FST-7 does not in my opinion.

To add to that, the pitfalls with FST-7 is that it presumes everyone will have reached failure on the 7th set, which is completely impossible! YT3, week 3 is all about going beyond failure so that your muscle fibers are well and trully broken down, every session! Also, YT3 hits ALL of your muscle fibers, both slow and fast twitch which immediately enhances your ability to grow.

Agreed YT3 looks very good, going to give it a try. Neil Hill definately knows his stuff and is the maker of champoins.
On the other hand FST-7 is very good and I don't think you dispute that Hany has built and imporved many champions.
The idea with FST-7 is to hit failure on each of the group exercises performed prior to the pump exercise of 7 sets to engorge the broken down muscle fibres with blood carrying nutrient to repair and build the fibers. It is not just 7 sets like a HIT program.
Example: Tricep - warm up Close-grip bench press 3-4 x 8-12 (Heavy) Weighted or machine dip 3 x 8-12 (heavy to failure) Overhead cable extension 7 x 8-12 (to failure 30 sec rest between) (beginner and intermediate) Skull crushers 7 x 8-12 (advanced)

For sure, but its very regimented. YT3 makes you train until you really have hit FAILURE and ends there, job done!
