I have been consuming approximately 2000 calories per day and exercising aerobically for 4 sessions per week for between 45-60 minutes per session and 1 session of weight training for 60 minutes. I can't seem to lose last layer of fat on thighs, butt and stomach (about 1 inch) - what do I need to do? Weight Loss Pills, Diet Supplements

Hi Abigail, no diet pills arent the answer.
Instead, you need to look at your diet and what cardio you are doing. Email me at teamkagedmuscle@yahoo.co.uk and we will go from there. This should be straight forward enough.
