I thought I would use a real life example to point out just how committed you sometimes need to be.
As I sit here now in fron of the computer in the UK at 12:52 am Im cooking 2 cod filltes as my final meal of the day! Why??? Because thats what is required in order to meet my goals and sustain my growth, prevent hunger from setting in and above all else I'm damn hungry!!!
Lets hear about your daily eating habbits!

A trip to the shops = cooler bag filled with Tupperware of chicken and potato. A visit to the family = cooler bag filled with Tupperware of chicken and potato Cinema = cooler bag filled with Tupperware of chicken and potato. Night out with mates = cooler bag filled with Tupperware of chicken and potato. Now if they made designer cooler bags to go with shoes i'd be happy....

Nice, dedication seperates winner from losers, and its normally on the nutrition front people fall at the first hurdle. Maybe thats an idea, designer cooler bags. . . . .could be the next big thing Bugz

Cardio x 3times a week off season 6am for 30mins 645 am 8 egg whites 100 grams oats 1 banana 1 scope whey 8.45am 100 grams oats 2 scopes whey 11.30am 150grams rice 200grams chicken 2.00 pm 2 scopes whey 2 rice cakes 4.30pm 150 grams rice 200grams chicken 6.00pm 2 scopes whey 1 banana 8.00pm 2 scopes whey 50 grams dextrose 8.45pm 200grams steak 10.30 150 grams quark 1 scope quality protein mix
Standard off season daily diet at 5ft 7 249lbs, oh but this is supplemented with my downfall, lots of chocolate!!!!!
I'm lucky that I can preoare all my food while working, but if you can't always have a quick shake available, maybe with oats or readybrek just to quickly drink down in the toilet or where ever is practical and the boss does know!!!! Where there is a will there's a way!!
Although January is here and its time to start to clean uo, which means my body weight drops to 224 to 230lbs for 8 months of the year, @ beach bod time" lol
Again if I'm on my travels food is prepared and taken with me, I'm like a bear with a sore head if I don't feed!!!

Thats awesome mate, really good. Would be great to post some pics up here to see what your physique is looking like Kris Gethin had a lawyer in Australia be excused during a court case on several occassions in order to get his meal in. Thats dedication and it shows where theres a will theres a way as Treefrog rightly said . Bugz
