What have people experienced with the use of Pro-Hormones?
Which ones have worked best and what results have you achieved?

Pro hormones are without doubt very useful if you want some fast gains and don't want to run a long cycle there is a lot to learn with these, they fall into two categories; methylated amnd unmethylated; methylated bring the biggest gains in mass but are harsher on the liver so running a liver suppport product is correct protocol and PCT is a MUST! Gains do range but i know that some roducts do yield huge gains; for example my last cycle was Anabolic designs mass plex, i had dieted for 16 weeks and then used this to bring offseason mass and strength back; he result 29 lbs in 4 weeks...Do they work yes!

Hi jb, pretty impressive gains by any standard, maybe you could expand on your cycle and diet in how you brought about these gains. I'm certainly interested as I've little experience of pro hormones. cheers

Ok Treefrog, this is probably the strongest PH available. The training was a 5 day split, i focused on a mix of bodybuilding and power so 3 out of the 5 days would be powerbased, chest included flat,incline and decline bench along with dips and heavy flyes. Back every other week deadlift lots of rows and close pulldowns, the other back workout ould be width, so chins overhand and underhand pulls, cable rows, bent rows. Legs just batter the 6-10 sets of squats, 4-8 sets leg press, 3-5 sets reverse hacks, 3-5 extensions, 3-5 ham curls. Shoulder work was heavy compounds dumbells and bar, side laterals heavy, upright rows and alot of rear delt work.
Mass plex is carb hungry so i gradually woked upto a 50-60% carb diet very clean an around 30 % protein.
Different compunds act in various ways for mass this is the answer, for hardening and dieting i would go for something like epi.

JB expand on why Epi is so good for hardening and mass plex for strength and weight gains . Do you experience excessive water retention or fat gain on mass plex? what side affects do suffer on and after cycle? Bugz

Epi is good for strength gains too but but mass plex is better for weight gain, epi is more anabolic in nature and is a single compound Epistane. Mass Plex is a blnd of Superdrol and pheraplex; superdrol is anabolic but pheraplex is more androgenic meaning you get a double hit. Excess water was not a huge issue for me and can be limited with a good quality clean diet and the addition of a serm. Watch out for excess sodium and if you experience back or shin pumps then Taurine will help resolve the issue. Otherwise just eat and enjoy the gains!
