No problem its a pleasure! My off season weight gain diet consists of - Brown rice, Brown pasta, oats, chicken, salmon, tuna and cod as well as eggs. My supplements include CNP Pro-Peptide, CNP Pro-Mass and CNP Pro-GF. Im also starting to use Gaspari SizeOn and may start using their entire range! My cheat meals are whatever I want them to be once a week, but as Mezza says, LOTS of it!!! A little birdie up north told me a great cheat meal is an entire family size box of coco pops and 4 litres of full fat milk mmmmm Bugz

Great work on the site, looks very tight indeed!!!
Offseason as celiac looks like this, i have m own blend of rice pudding that i will share but mostly the carbs are deduced from brown, white and ground rice, sweet potato, white potato oh and oven chips less than 3% fat and they make a nice treat! For sugars i add some mixed fruit as a treat to my custom rice pudding. Proteins are easy egg whites, salmon, chicken extra lean minced beef, turkey, white fish oh and shakes i still use 2-3 protein shakes in the offseason. this is pretty clean i also drink lactose free milk in the offseason, no bloat easy to digest and as the diet is clean i get a few fats from the semi skimmed milk! Ample greens should be part of any offseason or dieting protocol.
My unique shakes and meals will be posted so keep watching,!!!!

Nice clean diet in the off season, makes prepping for a show or just getting lean for beach that much easier. Be sure to get your custome concoctions on the site, then we can all try them out and see what happens . Bugz

Plenty of red meat, boxes of oat cakes and the odd rice pudding usually helps

Indeed it does> Using lean red mince beef and steaks once a day will really accelerate your growth . Bugz
