KagedMuscle also wants to bring back the online magazine service and then a hard copy! We will contiune to bring you all the best athletes across the planet, so make sure you stay put at KagedMuscle. Lets hear about everyone elses plans? What about you Jodes? Bugz

I'm hoping just to get back into single figures on the body fat level, and remain injury free, although that's already out the window as I've torn my anterior cruciate ligament and will be having a knee reconstruction sometime this year!!!!
But main goals; keep my diet good, and hopefully after the op bring my legs back up and then next year, all being well I might compet in the over 40's !!!! or just stay with the young un's.....watch this space.

I thought i would mention that there is a young man who is training extremely hard for his first contest in May this year. He is doing incredibly well at the age of 18 and is sacrificing alot most 18year olds wouldn't, to dedicate his time and effort to bodybuilding. He has great potential, is focused and the amount of muscle he carrys for his age is impressive. If he continues in this manner he will make a name for himself. I am aware that he has joined the forum now, so i will encourage him to post in the beginners section as it would be great to support him and see his progress! Good luck Jamie, keep up the hard work!!! ;D

Hey Bugz thanks for the support. Im on this program that I found online at Bodybuilding.com. I put in my own few touches to it though. I can't wait to get to week #6 so I can hopefully start to see some real results. The comments that people give to you when they see a big change (for the better) are the most addictive lol. It makes busting your ass in the gym worth it haha. Here's the link to the program that Im following. www.teenbodybuilding.com/7_day_guide_to_get_ripped.htm

Hi Charley, i would look at what you want to achieve and break it down into chunks so you can reach numerous milestones along the way to the end goal. Let us know what you want to achieve and the team will try to help!

Hey Jamie great to have you on board and great diet I would maybe look to switch potato for sweet potato, lower GI. Also maybe some kind of sugar boost with your breakfast such as pineapple??? If your doing enough cardio I would also get small serving of brown pasta in with your chicken meal at night perhaps. Carbs keep your metabolism moving, but it all depends on yourself and how far into your prep you are. Keep it up dude Bugz
