I am 17 been training for 2 years now but i am stuck at 13 stone natural. diet is good and so is the training. i am thinking about starting to use gear but i had an allergic reaction to a nat50 about 6 months ago so this is puting me off using anything else. i am also thinking about competeing next year any advice thanks

Hi Danny,
In answer to your post I would suggest that you post up your diet and training routine first, so board members can make an informed decision on what you say is a good diet and training, and before giving advice on what you are asking. Also background information on how long you have been training and any other sports you may have taken part in and at what level?
Also what are your goals and what do you want to achieve?, ideally these need to be realistic and achievable.
Don't be fooled into thinking that steroids are the secret to getting big over night because the are not!! Diet, training and rest are the 3 biggest factors in helping to achieve a muscular physique.
At the age of 17 I would be against the use of steroids and other meds to gain muscle, your body hasn't fully matured and is still undergoing change. Nobody really understands the full implications of taking anabolic steroids in their teens, but for sure the endocrine system will be compromised and there is a chance that the body will have trouble regulating natural hormone levels once stopped using later in life, and lets not forget stunted growth through closing off prematurely of bone platelets.
Your body will be naturally producing high levels of testosterones and growth hormone, giving you the perfect environment to grow muscle naturally with good nutrition and adequate training intensity, I would research further on the subject and wait till your early 20's.
You say you've experienced an allergic reaction to Nap50's, anapolon I assume, so you've already tried steroids, and how did this allergic reaction manifest it's self i.e. what symptoms did you experience?

in a morning i have about 100gram of oats a banna an 2/3 boild eggs then at midmorning i will have a protine shake and an apple for dinner i will have chiken/fish rice/potatos with some veg and then i would have a sandwich or a small meal befor training th en a protine shake straight after training then have a high protine meal low carb about an hour after training the another shake with some nuts/seeds befor bed
i train in a 4 day split chest/bies shoulders back/tries and legs
My goals are to get to about 14 stone but keep fairly lean
with in a few hours of takeing the tab my body came out in what looked like netal stings and they got biger about ever 20 mins it was really itchy as well after ringing the nhs drect they told me to get some anti histamine this worked fine after about an hour i was back to normal i had kep using them for about a week as it kept comeing back slightly

Ok firstly breakfast is light in protein shoot for 40g at least here, if mass is the goal then i see no reason for the PWO meal being low carb?! Throw at least 50g of carbs in here also please post your supplement usage as some simple tweaks here will be able to aid you goals.

Attention DANNY!!!
As JB rightly said your light on carbs and protein dude. At breakfast and post workout you can afford to cram down quality carbs and protein as your assimilation rates are alot higher! Both of these meals need lots of carbohydrates too.
With regards to steroids and wanting to be 14 stone lean listen to this story. When I started I was 16 and around 10 stone 7lbs. I wanted to be monstrous with a rippling 6 pack etc etc. Mow I have just turned 20, and weight 15 stone 2lbs and for me to be shredded I would be around 1 stone although Im still quite lean now. Im 110% natural. Now, if I had used gear to get here I would have poor foundations and as Treefrog rightly said potential future health issues. As a result of sticking to my guns my strength is great, my physique is solid as I have built it with quality ingredients and if I now went unnatural I have a great platform to work off.
Dude, your aiming for 14 stone lean, dont be daft and use gear to get there now. Keep working hard, be consistent with your diet, get enough sleep in (at least 8 hours) and train your arse off!!!!
