Hi everyone. 1 week ago I experienced a small tear in my rectus femorus, high up near my pelvis, while warming up on squats. I have some swelling, some bruising, and some pain. It has improved considerably with ice, rest, and limited range of motion. I am wondering if anyone else here has experienced this, and how long it took to fully heal. Thanks very much for your time.

Sorry to hear this. No I havent personally had this but you should not train your legs at all at the moment. It will only hold you back and even make it worse mate! Keep your protein, amino acid and other nutrients pretty high to with good vitamin supplementation to help it along. Depending on your age (if above 28ish) use a natural test booster too!
