In the offseason when gaining mass is the goal what macro's do you go for, last yeat i had my best off season using a higher carb, moderate protein and clean diet. 55-60 percent Carb, 25-30% protein and around 10-15% fats.

For sure mass is the goal, but for me I would NEVER see my protein fall below 1.5g per pound of body weight as I feel our muscles need this when training this regularly and hard. In the off season, my carbs are at least 2g per pound of body weight and fats are in region of 100g a day. Thats alot of calories, but they come from clean sources. My next off season I will monitor my intake a bit more closely so that I can stay more lean AND even throw in a little cardio every now and then.
